Terms & Conditions

Conditions of Preview

Programs sent out for preview on Approval Notices are for professional assessment purposes only. They must on be screened to a class or any other audience unless they have been purchased.

Payment

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept payment by cheque, electronic bank transfers, bank drafts and major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard). We recommend that customers outside Australia use credit cards. If paying by bank transfer (we will not be responsible for third party bank charges), please notify us in advance stating invoice number(s), amount to be paid and your name, company or institution. We accept payment in Australian dollars only.

Orders

Orders can be placed by fax, mail, email, Internet or via the phone. Refer Contact Us.

Postage and Handling

Postage is calculated based on the weight of the package and destination based on Australia Post postage rates plus packing. Postage is calculated and displayed as part of the ordering process.

Orders are usually despatched within three working days from receipt of order. Please allow for Australia Post delivery and this will vary depending on where you are: Melbourne and regional Victoria within two days, Sydney and major NSW centres within three days, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide within three days, regional SA, regional QLD, regional TAS, all WA, north QLD and NT could be four to six days or longer in remote areas. Please remember: your preview time starts when you receive your programs, not when we send them.

All shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated for orders placed on the web site and can be viewed on the final Order Summary screen.

Student Copies

Special reduced student copy pricing is provided to allow purchasing of additional copies of educational DVDs for student use. Student copies may not be bought by, or on behalf of, students or parents for home use. Student copies are only for student use at the same school and campus that purchased the original copy. If multiple copies of a DVD are required for different schools/institutions or campuses they must be purchased at the standard staff copy price, additional student copies may then be purchased for each school or campus. You must purchase, or have in your library, a staff copy of a DVD before you can purchase additional student copies.

The Classroom Video website only allows student copies to be ordered at the time of ordering your original staff copy. If you would like to purchase student copies of a DVD you already have in your library, please contact our customer service team so they can verify your original copy and process the student copy order for you.

Preview Policy

Classroom Video offers programs on a 14-day no obligation preview basis. This means you can assess our programs over a two week period in order to decide whether to purchase the program for your institution. We do not charge you for this service. However, it is your responsibility to ensure programs you don’t require are returned to us in a resalable condition within the agreed preview timeframe. Customers are liable for the cost of return postage charges. Preview times can be extended if your workload is heavy please contact our customer service dept. All programs remain the property of Classroom Video until paid for in full.

Classroom Video Australia shall have no liability (including but not limited to liability by reason of negligence) to users of the products. Users of products will be responsible for making their own assessment of the information and should verify all relevant representations, statements and information with their own professional advisers.
