Refund and Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted under our Preview Policy. Refer Terms & Conditions .
Claims for damaged/faulty goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. However, should there be any technical problems with your program for up to 3 months from the date of the Tax Invoice; we will gladly replace it free of charge.
Returns will not be accepted if security seal on DVD case has been tampered with, except in the case of faulty product.
Refunds will not be given.
Please contact our customer service department to arrange a replacement. You can do this by email or by phone on FREECALL 1800 644 254. We will also arrange for the return of the faulty
program at no charge to you in order to determine the cause of the fault.
